Step 1: Carefully pack your wetsuit

All return wetsuits must be packed loosely to avoid creasing the neoprene. Excessive creasing to the neoprene can result in a 20-25% surcharge for returned items.

In extreme cases we will deny the return. (Do not pack the wetsuit(s) into a tiny box.)

Packaging the Return

The wetsuit needs to be packaged in same manner as received. A zippered wetsuit should have the zipper closed. The wetsuit should be not be shipped back inside out.

How to correctly fold a wetsuit


We advise packing the wetsuit in a large box where it can lay flat and avoid creasing the neoprene. Please note, excessive creasing may result in a surcharge or in extreme cases we may need to deny the return and not issue a refund.

Step 2: Submit your return request

1. Log in to your account: CLICK HERE

  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • Go to your email account, e.g. Gmail, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned in satisfactory condition, you receive a refund.

Refund Policy

We only accept Returns or Exchanges for items in new and unused condition

You may return a purchase from Isurus within 30 days of your order.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN NEW, SALEABLE, UNUSED CONDITION. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

WETSUITS THAT ARE CREASED DUE TO INCORRECT PACKING WILL BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE OF 20-25%. RETURNS NOT IN NEW, SALEABLE CONDITION WILL NOT BE REFUNED.

Fit issues need to be resolved before the wetsuit is worn in the water. Once the wetsuit has been used in the water, we cannot accept a return - even if it was “just once”.

We cannot issue a refund for normal wear and tear

We stand behind our wetsuits. Truth is that wetsuits require care if they are going to perform and wear the way they were intended. Isurus is not responsible for wetsuits that show normal wear and tear over time or show signs of abuse. Knicks, scratches and fading are inevitable, as are tears from fins, corral, rocks and other elements.

Free Return Shipping for items within the US

We will pay the shipping for returned items within the continental US, HI and AK.

Please allow 14 business days from receiving the item to be fully refunded or credited onto your card.

Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned.

International orders

Prepaid shipping is not available for orders outside the U.S. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact returns@surfisurus.com.
