Refunds, Credits and Balances Due

As soon as the fulfiller receives and processes your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution’s billing cycle. Customer agrees to pay for all VAT, GST, Duties and other government fees when picking up merchandise in the country the goods were sent to.

Defective Items

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact Isurus for assistance.

Damaged Items

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

International and U.S. Territory Shipping

If you order from a website that provides shipping to international locations or US territories, these shipping destinations are identified at checkout. When you begin checkout, available shipping destinations can be selected from pull-down menus for Region and Country. If your desired destination is not included in the available selections, we cannot ship orders to it.

APO and FPO Addresses

When you request that your order ships to an APO or FPO address, the package will ship SAM (Space Available Mail). SAM is no additional charge and will ship your package from the APO or FPO address via the next available boat.

Price and/or Description Changes

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.

When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.

Shop Pay Installments

Shop Pay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to pay for your order over time. When available, Shop Pay Installments is a great option to help you maximize your budget for orders between 50 USD and 17,500 USD.

Depending on your purchase amount, there are two ways that you can pay for your order in installments:

  • For orders between 50 USD to 999.99 USD, you can split your purchase into four bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees for this option, and your credit score isn't affected.
  • For orders between 150 USD to 17,500 USD, you can split your purchase into monthly installment payments. While there are no late fees for monthly installment payments, your order is subject to interest fees. Your credit score isn't affected when you apply, but it can change if you don't make your payments on time.

After you make your first payment at checkout, you'll be charged either biweekly or monthly, depending on the installment payment option you chose. You'll be reminded by email and SMS text (if applicable) before each payment is charged to your card. You can also turn on push notifications in the Shop app to be reminded. However, you can't customize your payment schedule.

Shop Pay Installments is powered and serviced by Affirm.

Shop Pay Installments Eligibility

When choosing Shop Pay Installments, the following limitations apply:

  • You can't pay for an order if the order includes currency in any form, including virtual and digital currency, like gift cards.
  • Orders need to be between 50 USD and 17,500 USD, including shipping and taxes.
  • If you change your Shop Pay phone number, then you also need to update your phone number with Affirm before you can pay for another purchase using Shop Pay Installments.
  • Shop Pay Installments doesn't accept Capital One cards, prepaid debit cards, or prepaid credit cards.
  • If you split your order into four bi-weekly payments, then you can pay with a credit card or debit card.
  • If you pay for your order in monthly payments, then you can only pay with a debit card.

To use Shop Pay Installments, you need to have a United States billing address, and be signed up for Shop Pay.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Isurus, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liability (including product liability), damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) that arise from your use of any of Isurus’ services.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. Isurus Inc. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, Isurus Inc. will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Isurus Inc.’s Returns Policy.
