Our mission is to help you make the right choice of ISURUS wetsuit for you. Every wetsuit is best-in-class, and will punch above its weight in terms of warmth and flexibility, but you still need to strike the right balance.
This overview of our men's wetsuit range will help explain how each style fits into the collection and guide you through making your selection.
Our 2.2mm Yamamoto Limestone Neoprene wetsuits are often compared to the warmth of a mass-market 3/2mm.
You can opt for the traditionalEvade chest zip entry, or go with the "zero-restriction" Zipfree Shield entry. It depends how much flexibility you want.
Both models are so light and flexible that they'll feel like you're wearing nothing at all! Depending on your region, you'll be amazed at how far into the winter you can surf an ISURUS 2mm wetsuit.
The all 3mm Zipfree Shield is a popular choice as more surfers understand you can have buttery flexibility alongside toasty warmth in a 3mm wetsuit.
If you prefer the classic chest zip, then the Evade Collection features both an all-over 3mm and a 3.2mm mix.

Consistent feedback from ambassadors and customers clearly supports that our 3mm range is as warm as a 4mm from other brands. Most surfers find it’s warm enough for even the coldest winter days, especially if you have booties and hood to accessorize with.
The Shield 3.3mm hooded is included alongside the 4mm wetsuits in our "colder climates" collection, because most surfers tell us it's all they need! The integrated hood reduces heat loss and gives you protection duck-diving in colder water.
The 4.3mm Evade wetsuits are built for long sessions in the colder winter months and feature a Z-fleece lining.
The unhooded Evade 4.3 is the original ISURUS wetsuit, tested at Mavericks in some of the harshest surfing conditions on earth. The hooded version is so warm that even surfers in Tofino and New England stay toasty all year in it.
If you are planning a trip to Siberia or the Arctic, or really feel the cold, we have you covered with our Ti Alpha range. Both the 5.4mm & 6.5mm include integrated hoods and feature Titanium lining. We've conducted numerous tests with this fabric in the coldest conditions and it has consistently proven effective.
If you choose one of these suits for non-freezing conditions, don’t be surprised if you get very warm!
We have three wetsuit collections in the men's range:
From the 2.2 all the way to the 3.3 hooded, we have a selection of Zipfree wetsuits that will become your go-to wetsuit quiver in almost all conditions. Word of warning, once surfers have made the switch to Zipfree it's almost impossible to go back.
The classic chest zip entry is a tried and tested way of securing your wetsuit. In bigger conditions and for 4mm+ wetsuits it's our preferred option. This collection has plenty of sub-options from single density, to mixed - and it goes all the way from 2mm to 4mm.
These wetsuits are built for extreme conditions. Spots where there's icebergs floating past, snow on the ground and risk of polar animals.
They are for the intrepid pioneers, or anyone who really feels the cold when surfing.
